2. Wellness Services
White Mountain IV Hydration provides wellness services that may include IV hydration therapy, vitamin and nutrient infusions, injections, and related wellness offerings. Services are provided by or under the direction of licensed medical professionals in accordance with Arizona law.
3. Medical Disclaimer
Our services support general wellness and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Information on our website, in our messages, or on social media is for general educational purposes only and is not a substitute for advice from your primary care provider.

4. Eligibility and Health Screening
- You must be at least 18 years old to receive services, or have written consent and the presence of a parent or legal guardian where permitted.
- Every client completes a health history and intake form before treatment.
- You agree to provide complete and accurate health information, including medications, allergies, and medical conditions.
- Our clinical team may decline or postpone treatment at its professional discretion if a service is not appropriate for you.
5. Informed Consent
Before receiving any treatment, you will be asked to review and sign an informed consent form describing the service, its possible benefits, and its possible risks. Possible risks of IV therapy include bruising, discomfort at the insertion site, infiltration, infection, and allergic reaction. You may ask questions and withdraw consent at any time before treatment begins.
6. Appointments, Payments, and Cancellations
- Booking. Appointments may be booked online, by phone, or in person. Walk ins are welcome when availability allows.
- Payment. Payment is due at the time of service unless you are using a prepaid package or membership. Prices are subject to change without notice.
- Cancellations. We ask for at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a fee.
- Refunds. Because services are personal and consumed at the time of treatment, completed services are not refundable. Packages and memberships follow the terms provided at purchase.
- Insurance. Our services are generally not billed to health insurance. You may request a receipt for your records, including for HSA or FSA use where eligible.
7. SMS Terms
These SMS Terms apply to the text messaging program operated by White Mountain IV Hydration.
- Program description. When you opt in, White Mountain IV Hydration may send you text messages about appointment confirmations and reminders, booking updates, follow up care, account notifications, and, if you choose, wellness tips, promotions, and special offers.
- How to opt in. You may opt in by checking the SMS consent box on our website or intake form, by texting us, or by giving verbal or written consent at our clinic. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchase or of receiving services.
- Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your appointments and the messages you choose to receive.
- Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard message and data rates may apply to messages you send and receive.
- How to opt out. You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. To rejoin, reply START or opt in again.

- Carrier liability. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

- Privacy. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Text messaging originator opt in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers that help us deliver our messages.
